About Us

Mr M Hasan is a registered solicitor in England & Wales. He has completed the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) at City, University of London and Call to Bar (Barrister at Law) at Middle Temple in 2019. He was awarded a Legal Practice Course (LPC) from City, University of London and in January 2023 he became a Chartered Legal Executive, Commissioner for Oaths, CILEX Practitioner.

He is graduated in Law (LL.B) Honours from University of Huddersfield and LLM in Business and Commercial Law from Liverpool John Moores University, LLM in General from Birkbeck College, University of London. Before achieving Law Degree he has completed Bachelor of Commerce [B.Com (Honours)] in Accounting and Masters of Commerce (M.Com) in Accounting from NU, BD.

Mr M Hasan has extensive experience in Immigration law. Since 2008 he has been advising and representing clients in immigration law. His experience covers every aspect of immigration law including Asylum, Human Rights and European Union Law, Managed Migration under the Points Based System, Citizenship and Nationality, settlement and visit. He used to represent clients at the First-tier Tribunal and the Upper Tribunal and many of his cases went up to the Court of Appeal. Nevertheless, his preferred practice areas are Family, Employment, housing and property.
